In her address, owner of Art of Gold Rita Ukhuegbe said it takes so much passion to get the wiliness to learn.
She disclosed that Art of Gold started in 2014 in Nigerian because she wants to add more values on the beauty of women through their face.

She recalled her first training in Sierra Leone in 2015 and stressed that it’s about learning and consistency.
Sierra Leone, she went on, lacks such facilities.

“I thought about how I should give back to my country. We did our first make-up training in Freetown last year. Today I am overwhelmed with the participation.”

Mrs Rita Ukhuegbe further stated that Sierra Leoneans women don’t believe in empowering themselves, if they believe in self-empowerment they will yield from the fruit of their labour.
“This country is too small, but we can make it bigger. Just be focus, consistence and believe in yourself on what you are doing. You will make it”

Madam Ukhuegbe who is a testimony of self-empowerment advise her audience not to be intimidated by anyone because she was discouraged by different people for her not to do what she is doing today but because of her aim of giving back to her country she made it to Freetown.

“Even if it was five people that register, I would have come just to accomplish my dream.”
