THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY INFORMED THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF SIERRA LEONE AND THE WORLD BANK ARE IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING A SMALLHOLDER COMMERCIALISAATION AND AGRIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (SCADEP).
IN THIS REGARD, THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY AND FOOD SECURITY HAS PREPARED AN ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK (ESMF) AND A RESETTLEMENT POLICY FRAMEWORK (RPF).  THE PUBLIC AND INTERESTED PARTIES CAN ACCESS THESE DOCUMENTS AT THE OFFICE OF THE PERMANENT SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE FORESTRY AND FOOD SECURITY, 1ST FLOOR YOUYI BUILDING AND THE OFFICES OF THE WEST AFRICA AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY PROGRAMME (WAAPP) AT 24 SIAKA STEVENS STREET, FREETOWN. Africell Gives Over Le 242 Million To Subscribers

S ierra Leone finest GSM operator Africell has presented Le 242,265,000 to lucky winners in the on-going “Africell 3G ++ Ramadan Show’’. Subscribers who were excited about the promotion expressed their appreciation to the company for making it possible for them to feel belonged in the company. Four subscribers won the star prize50 Million Leones each while other subscribers won different prizes such as phones, Wingle+MB, Mifi+MB, recharge cards and cash. The presentation of prizes took place yesterday at the Company’s Headquarters in Wilberforce and was witnessed by the press and subscribers. Hello folks, how you do? TRACE Joenal was lucky to be part of a team of development-oriented people. These are people that mean well for Sierra Leone including Seawright Mining Company. From the Chief Executive Officer to the list staff, their minds are set on innovation and creativity that will bring smiles to the poorest of the poor. It was not a mistake when Dr. Alfred Seawright came with another powerful idea that will benefit Sierra Leone, and that is the Fish Farming. Some countries are far ahead and they are contributing greatly to their country’s GDP. It was made clear when a fifteen man delegation from Sierra Leone visited Ghana to undertake the first ever aquaculture research.
