Klub Deltrixx Deltria L.B.C Clocks 5


Sunday 28th February saw Klub Deltrixx Deltria of Liccsal Business College marking their 5th Annual thanksgiving service. The service which took place at St. Paul's Congregation Evangelical Church at Kingtom has it theme:"So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom and apply thine heart to understanding" Proverbs 2:2.

Sis Julian Mary Gbloh final year student of the Fourah Bay College and member of the King Memorial Church in her sermon encouraged members of Deltrixx Deltria to listen to people.

She said there are times when people in society will talks to them that they did not even know that person. Most of the time she went on God speaks through person.


“God will not appear before you to do something. That doesn’t means that you should only listen to people you know but anybody that talks to you. Listen to anybody that talks to you because it is God’s order, even in heaven there is order.”

She continues to stressed on her key message which is ‘listen’
“It doesn’t mean that you are stupid we should always try to listen to whoever talks to us. Until and on less you incline your ears on to wisdom you will not prosper. You will leave your life in waist.”


Deltria klub is one of the klub in Liccsal that have made name for them self. They are well behaved and always work along the confines of the law.

Ishatu Barrie First Lady of the Deltria klub described the day as one that means a lot for her.
She explained that they have lineup activities to mark the five years anniversary such as the service they held at both mosque and church.
She said their aim and objective is to help the less privilege and also to do some donation in different quarters of the society.

David S. Kargbo Second Gentle Man said the day means a lot for them.  “It is a day we were praying and wishing to see despite the rough time we went through.”

He went on to say that they started with five members at Liccsal but now they have over 150 members both present and past students that are in different part of the world today.

Hawa M. Koroma one of the Deltria Klub members described the day as one of her happiest day. She said when she entered Liccsal first she was thinking of which group to join but she fine out that Deltria Klub is one of the best Klub.
Hawa M. Koroma went on to describe Deltria Klub as peaceful and always have their members in mind.
         
“We have being keeping the peace for the past 5 years and the joy is still swinging in the air. It is all about Deltrixx Deltria,” she said.

Super Samuel Thomson the founder of Klub Deltrixx Deltria said the day means a lot to him.
“It like a dream to me, I did not plan to do it just for me to see people all around me but for me to bring people together and for us to work in unity, it like a dream to me and since that day when I saw it.”

Super went on to say that he is grateful to see this five. He said there are series of activities that will not affect the education because education comes first.

He explained that when he saw the vision he called some of his closed friends and spoke to them and later they called their first meeting which was successful.

“It was not easy for me to manage my education and my social life. But that doesn’t change my education dream. I am working with one of the biggest agricultural company in Sierra Leone now,” he explained. 

He disclosed that Klub Deltrixx Deltria only make a big celebration every five years.
He advises incoming member to focus on their study because education comes first. He said they are not tolerating people that are not serious.
“I always make my home available for members to study because of the priority we have in education.”

He concluded by saying they are planning things that people cannot image to do such as acknowledging people that have passed through Liccsal and are making impact in the society today.

Henry Denzel Conteh First Gentleman 1G said they have being getting some hick ups but they are united more than what people can’t imagine.
