Student, Lecturer Northern Polytechnic Bags Africell Le 60 Million

Monday 19th June 217 saw more millionaires in the on-going Africell Ramadan show 2017 as Umaru C. Kamara a Lecturer at the Northern Polytechnic in Makeni with GSM number 077528368 won Le 50,000 Million.

Kamara first won Le 500,000 when he chose moon15 out of 30 moons and later he was taken to the second stage of the show where he was asked to choose from the stars labelled 1 to 42. He chose Star 15 and the key to the door was given to him and he finally chose Box C.

Africell Ramadan Show presenter Abdular Jalloh aka Tamba Bee said the show called for subscribers to access the millionaire corner once but because of the good gestures of Africell they decided to give more access to other subscribers.

On Saturday 27th May 2017, Africell launched 2017 Ramadan promotion, in a bid of appreciating the Holy Month of Ramadan.
Africell Corporate Affairs Manager, Joe Abass Bangura, said the 2017 Africell Ramadan Show will dish out over Le 500,000,000 (five hundred million Leones) and that subscribers can participate in the show by sending a blank SMS to or call 777 to automatically qualify.
Joe Abass continued that every blank SMS sent or call made to the aforementioned number will incur a charge of 650 Leones but subscribers will be awarded a bonus credit of the same amount which must be utilized before 12 midnight on the same date.
He stated that, due to the provisions on the Finance Act, 10% will be deducted from every Le 500,000 winning which will be diverted to the National Revenue Authority as tax.

He reminded subscribers that the only authorized mobile number for the promotion is 077777777 and any number rather than that was fake.
