IAMSL Speaks About 2017 Pageants

In line with their dream to empower young people, the International Ambassadors of Sierra Leone (IAMSL) Pageant Agency (IAMSL) has disclosed their plans and success stories about pageantries.
Mrs Zainab Dauda Bangura is mostly called CEO2 as the assistant to Swadu Natasha Beckley founder of (IAMSL).

She began to explain about Swadu Natasha Beckley, former beauty queen, pageant coach and producer. Natasha is the founder of the International Ambassadors of Sierra Leone (IAMSL) Pageant Agency, a charitable organization that believes in the developing youthful national talents and providing them with the tools to build up their personal and professional careers.
According to Mrs Bangura IAMSL objectives are:

·         To showcase the accomplishments and potentials of today’s young Sierra Leonean women.
·         To promote diversity, exposing our girl child to different nationalities and cultures.
·         To promote beauty with a purpose, encouraging female ambassadors to develop a platform that focuses on an issue of national importance.
·         To build the confidence and self-esteem of each contestant.
·         To provide an opportunity for creating awareness about Sierra Leone, thus promoting international interest in its culture, heritage, and tourism and investment opportunities.
“Natasha started her pageantry journey at age 11 when she studied modelling at Barbizon Modelling School. In 2008 she won her first crowned as the Miss Sierra Leone Washington DC; later crowned as Miss Sierra Leone USA 2009; she was crowned in 2009 as Miss University of Virginia’s College at Wise 2009, 1st Runner up Miss Africa USA 2010; crowned Miss Sierra Leone 2011; and represented Sierra Leone during the Miss World 2011 pageant.”
Mrs Zainab Dauda Bangura another passionate lady in the pageants world, described Natasha Beckley as a lady that has a burning passion for creatively producing beauty pageants; getting sponsorship; marketing; working with contestants to successfully launch their charity projects and creating a memorable experience for the audience and the contestants. 
“As a pageant producer, she has served as National Director/Franchise holder of the Miss Earth Sierra Leone, Miss International Sierra Leone, Miss Tourism Queen International Sierra Leone and Now a proud debut to have taken Sierra Leone into the 2016 Miss Universe pageant after 65th years of production.”
The biggest pageant in IAMSL is Miss Universe which is slated for August 26th 2017 at the Miatta Conference Hall Freetown. Mrs Bangura described their 2017 contestants as incredible, talented, educated, and that they will be empowered with great plans for their communities.
“I am confident that all contestants will earn the audience’s respect for the accomplishments and their commitment to their future goals for Sierra Leone.

Miss Universe Sierra Leone 2017- selected winner will get the opportunity to represent Sierra Leone at the Miss Universe pageant.
Miss Earth Sierra Leone 2017- selected winner will get the opportunity to represent Sierra Leone at the Miss Earth pageant.
Miss Tourism Queen International 2017- selected winner will get the opportunity to represent Sierra Leone at the Miss Tourism Queen International Pageant.
Miss International Sierra Leone 2017 – selected winner will get the opportunity to represent Sierra Leone at the Miss International Pageant.

Mrs ZainabDaudaBangura ended by saying “Pageantry is not all about winning” and she hope that all the beautiful queens competing this year will enjoy this amazing experience, developing their  strengths and also improve on their weakness, made great friends with your pageant sisters.”
