PRESIDENT KOROMA OPENS SOLUTION CATHEDRAL
President Ernest Bai Koroma officially opened Solution Cathedral of Sanctuary Praise Church over the weekend at Off King Harman Road in Freetown.
While coagulating the church, the president described their journey as one filled with commitment. “I am very happy that the Pastor indicated that it is out of the effort of the congregation fund you built this Cathedral,” he said. He added “Where there is commitment and direction, things will happen. It is a moment for you to commit yourself to do anything and get result out of it.”
President Koroma went on to say that he hopes and prays that the church will be a blessing to its congregation and the country. With faith nothing is impossible.” The President ended his keynote address by praying for the church and those present. He led the congregation into to chorus. “Have Faith in God.”
Founder and senior Pastor of Sanctuary Praise Church Evangelist Victor Ajisafe disclosed that the church is 10 years and has been a blessing to many people especially the popular programme ‘Let my Gate Be Opened’. He said the secret behind his ground is that people always get solution at the time when life is hard for them at the Solution Cathedral.
He thanked God for giving him a dedicated wife whom he said is always there and was the brain for the beautification of the Cathedral. He also described her as his own pastor. He also lauded the effort of other pastors which is through their dedication they now have a big branch in the East of Freetown. “This edifice is therefore dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ who is the author and the finisher of our faith. May the Lord reward all that contributed immensely and laboured to make the vision of Solution Cathedral a reality. May the Lord bless our guests and the entire membership of Sanctuary Praise Church as we celebrate this breakthrough. God Bless you.”
The building will host two thousand four hundred people. The church has been a blessing to thousands of people.
