Total Launches Excellium Fuel

Total Sierra Leone on Thursday 25th of January 2017 bade farewell to Soulaymane Troare the outgoing Managing Director and at the same time Launched Excellium Diesel Fuel.
The colorful event attracted people from the private sectors, diplomats, fuel dealers, officials from total oil company and climaxed with the formal launching of Total Excellium fuel by Sierra Leone Vice President, Victor Bokarie Foh at the Radisson Blu hotel in Freetown.
Launching Total Execullium diesel fuel product, Vice President Victor Bokarie Foh described the occasion as a pleasant one.
He thanked Total Oil Marketing Company for the launching of such product. He added that he hoped other Oil Companies will follow.
According to the Vice President, with Excellium Diesel, their engines will now last longer, calling on Total Sierra Leone to continue to expand in the country and bring good fuel products in the country.
The Vice President described such development as one that is cherished by President Koroma as they want to see the best for the people of this country.
Total Marketing Manager Madam Cyrine Draif disclosed that the program is aimed at bidding farewell to their General Manager and to launch Total Execellium Diesel fuel.
In her Power Point Presentation, she explained about the product: “This is the fuel that cleans your engine km after km and the fuel provides longstanding protection to make your engine more efficient, more economical and less pollution.”
Madam Draif added “Total Execellium fuel is enriched with detergents which clean and keeps clean the main engine components.”

She pointed out that engines are increasingly sensitive to fouling day after day, engines can foul and their performance is limited due to the accumulation of deposits affecting sensitive parts.
Total Sierra Leone outgoing Managing Director Soulaymane Troare said Total is thirst for providing quality service all over the world.
He explained that they are launching the product as an innovation for better engine performance and they are constantly on research to provide the quality service for their clients based on customer expectation on the 1st of February this year.
He mentioned that the product will be available at all total fuel stations in the country, adding that no additional cost is required and it is the first of its kind in the Sierra Leonean market.
He also went on to say ‘‘…my stay in Sierra Leone has left a remarkable memory in my mind.’’
He thanked his workers for their hospitality and the people of Sierra Leone whom he described as very nice and accommodating.
Troare said as the outgoing Managing Director of Total Sierra Leone, he would want all staff to work together with the successor who happens to be a woman of substance in the petroleum industry.
The new Managing Director for Total, Nkada Rose extended her appreciation to all and for her to be part of such historic move by Total Sierra Leone.
He described the product as one that cleans engine km after km.
She thanked the outgoing Managing Director for his commitment during his tenure in office as he “Mr.  Troare” has demonstrated it in front of everyone.
She said she feels very pleased to take over the new position as Managing Director of Total Sierra Leone which was well managed by the Mr. Troare.

She added that she has the necessary qualification to manage the company, noting that she is confident and that with the support of all stakeholders and their partners her mission will be successful. Story By Mariama B. Bah

S ierra Leone finest GSM operator Africell has presented Le 242,265,000 to lucky winners in the on-going “Africell 3G ++ Ramadan Show’’.
